One way we are planning to build this information site is by adding your questions to the Frequently Asked Questions FAQ section. The best person to ask questions of is the re-discoverer of the 13th Amendment, David Dodge <romans@gate.net>, though he tends to be very busy, so if you don't get a reply as soon as you want one, you can also ask the next person in line, editors@cybernews.org <editors@cybernews.org>, who is writing these web pages and will try to answer your questions, and also add them and the answers to the FAQ.
We want your feedback about all aspects of this site: Content, page structure, and help of all sorts is greatly appreciated. If we waited until we were totally ready before putting these pages up you probably wouldn't be reading them now!
